Instructors: Instructors are members of Weaving Guild. The Weaving Guild has existed for 40 years. Jan Young, wove hot pads as a child in 4-H, taught elementary school for 40 years, and now not only weaves cloth but also weaves stories at Feast of the Hunter’s Moon (since 1977). Vilija Deutschman is a long-time weaver who also loves the history and heritage of this craft. Sue Hodge, a retired accountant, who has lived in Carroll County for 43 years, and has been weaving for 8 years. She also enjoys knitting and quilting. Susan Smith is a retired math teacher and has been weaving for 9 years. She enjoys mixing fibers and colors to create woven items for her home and wardrobe and is looking forward to sharing the joys of weaving in the class.
Cost: $38.00. This cost covers registration and all necessary materials.
Skill Level: Beginner, age 10 or older. Students under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Class size: Minimum 4, maximum 8 students.
Location: Wabash & Erie Canal Park, Kuns Cabin

Terms and Conditions:
- Registration and payment are required at least two weeks prior to the class dates.
- All classes require pre-registration and pre-payment.
- To reserve your spot and pre-pay by check, please mail a check to Canal Park, attn: Classes, 1030 N. Washington Street, Delphi, IN 46923. Please identify your desired class(es) in the check’s memo. A fee will be charged for returned checks.
- We reserved the right to cancel classes if minimum registrations are not met. If we cancel a class, students can transfer without a penalty. A full refund (minus credit card fees) will be given to students who do not wish to transfer to another class.
- Students may cancel or transfer classes up to two weeks prior to a class without losing their payment (minus credit card fees). Deadline to register is two weeks prior to class.
- Students may cancel their registration until two weeks prior to the class date. After this two week deadline, there will be no refunds or transfers.
- If a student transfers to another class prior to the two weeks of class, a 20% transfer fee will be charged. The transfer must be for a class within one year of the original class.
