Join your guide Lois Johnston for a scenic and informative walk along the historic Wabash & Erie Canal!
This walk will take visitors from Canal Park’s Interpretive Center to the northern reaches of the historic trail network at Founders Point, and all ages are invited to participate. The walk is mostly flat and manageable over crushed stone surfaces through wooded areas within the City of Delphi, and the total distance will be approximately 1 to 1.25 miles.
The group will depart from the Interpretive Center at 10:00am. Parking is free and plentiful at Wabash & Erie Canal Park. Also, be sure to enjoy the festivities of Canal Season 2026 starting at 1:00pm at Wabash & Erie Canal Park!
