Policy Information
The center encourages catered events and will work with food service providers to create the best possible experience. A list of caterers is available. Any group using the facility can bring food and beverages and rent all or part of the Conference space. The warming kitchen is limited to users of the large hall or full hall.
Smoking
There is no smoking inside the Center, however outdoor areas are provided.
Tables/Chairs
The center provides all events with tables and chairs up to capacity, however, unless contractual arrangements are made. Tenants are responsible for set up and take down.
Alcohol
Serving beer and wine beverages is allowed indoors, provided all contractual requirements are met. This requires additional fees. Security may be required.Â
Deposit
Any group using the facility is required to make a deposit. The full deposit of 25% will be refunded when the facility is left clean and orderly.Â
